Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Making inbound /outbound calls.
  • Generate site visit prospects over the phone
  • Follow up with incoming leads.
  • Coordination with the sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion.
  • Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis.
  • Fixing appointments for the sales team.

Qualification & Experience:


Any Graduate from a recognized university with minimum experience of 2+ years in Telemarketing / Telesales or Outbound voice process.

Skills:

  • Excellent and effective communication in English, Hindi and Telugu
  • Good spoken English will be the added advantage.
  • Ability to meet daily targets given by Team Leader.
  • Good convincing skills.
  • Positive attitude with a target oriented work approach.
