Role & responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition – Good hands-on experience in sourcing/negotiation/good track record of offer-to-joining ratio. Manage the complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
- Work closely with Department Managers to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements.
- Should be able to understand the Operating Processes and Systems of the company in a short time and work around them to develop the JDs, KRAs, Incentive schemes, and other schemes.
- Ability to access the candidate on relevant parameters, and evaluate the suitability of the candidate for the role.
- Handling the employee separation process (off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers).
- Monitoring the implementation of key HR processes, including monthly review, attendance tracking, leave management, Learning and Development.
- Support in conducting Performance Management process for a respective line of business as per set timelines including goals planning and setting.
- Support in assessing the training needs and areas of improvement of team members periodically and informing the management of such needs and providing for the same.
- Regular one-on-one discussions with employees and new joinees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and also know the pulse on the floor.
- Implementing innovative ideas to control absenteeism, attrition, and employee grievance.
Required Candidate profile

- A Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from a reputed organization
- Work experience of 2 to 4 years in Human Resources Dept. in any mid to large-size company
- Excellent Written and oral communication skills
- Leadership qualities and ownership for responsibilities are a must.
- Good knowledge of functions such as Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, and employee engagement.
