Job description Role & responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition - Good hands-on experience in sourcing/negotiation/good track record of offer-to-joining ratio. Manage the complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
  • Work closely with Department Managers to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements.
  • Should be able to understand the Operating Processes and Systems of the company in a short time and work around them to develop the JDs, KRAs, Incentive schemes, and other schemes.
  • Ability to access the candidate on relevant parameters, and evaluate the suitability of the candidate for the role.
  • Handling the employee separation process (off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers).
  • Monitoring the implementation of key HR processes, including monthly review, attendance tracking, leave management, Learning and Development.
  • Support in conducting Performance Management process for a respective line of business as per set timelines including goals planning and setting.
  • Support in assessing the training needs and areas of improvement of team members periodically and informing the management of such needs and providing for the same.
  • Regular one-on-one discussions with employees and new joinees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and also know the pulse on the floor.
  • Implementing innovative ideas to control absenteeism, attrition, and employee grievance.
  Required Candidate profile Desired Candidate profile
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from a reputed organization
  • Work experience of 2 to 4 years in Human Resources Dept. in any mid to large-size company
  • Excellent Written and oral communication skills
  • Leadership qualities and ownership for responsibilities are a must.
  • Good knowledge of functions such as Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, and employee engagement.

Job description
  • Co-ordinate day-to-day activities with the onsite Project Manager and Project Executive as appropriate
  • Perform all the required inspections to ensure identity, purity, potency and composition, and to ensure that quality is not contaminated or adulterated
  • Assess the product's quality by testing for a range of features and seeing how the product performs under stresses like impact, temperature, humidity, etc.
  • Adhere to quality control procedures and practices by meeting government and company construction standards and guidelines
  • Monitoring the production line and doing periodic quality control checks
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
  • Recommend technical product improvements to evaluate risks and potential chances to avoid quality manufacturing issues, by comparing similar parts assembly line and field development
  • Lead, develop, and coordinate quality-assuring activity improvement programs/projects with suppliers and pursue implementation of identified improvement measures and follow-up action plans to achieve the desired quality requirements and results
  • Collaborate with project teams to establish roles and responsibilities for scheduling inspections, managing the inspection process and participating in and leading inspection walk
  • Maintain quality and reliability of the finished product through testing, inspecting and statistical programs, tracking and communication of quality issues to the management Team
  • Facilitate and participate in design of experiments for process improvement
  • Continue education on newly developing Quality Control techniques
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of group guidelines, performing training, monitoring compliance, etc.
Preferred candidate profile :
  • Masters/ Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering/Construction from a recognized institute
  • 2 - 5 years of experience specifically in Quality Assurance/ Quality control departments in multi tower/ high rise projects/ Gated residential communities
  • Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications of architectural and structural framework
  • Quality control certification is advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail, Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and Telugu

  • Proficient in using Total Station to take Reading, Levels & Measurements.
  • Good at Earthwork/Volume Survey, Working with CAD Drawings.
  • Should have skills in report Preparation in excel & Taking out Coordinates.
  • Setup Layout Plan on site Demarcation.
  • Stakeout of the large Projects.
  • Digitization Of Physical Features.
  • Regular checking of survey control points, survey Records, checking of alignment & Layout, Centre Line marking, Auto cad plotting, Physical checking for accuracy of survey Instrument Total Station, Auto Level.
Qualifications & Experience:
