Roles & Responsibilities :
- Making inbound /outbound calls.
- Generate site visit prospects over the phone
- Follow up with incoming leads.
- Coordination with the sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion.
- Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis.
- Fixing appointments for the sales team.
Qualification & Experience:
Any Graduate from a recognized university with minimum experience of 2+ years in Telemarketing / Telesales or Outbound voice process.
Skills:
- Excellent and effective communication in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Good spoken English will be the added advantage.
- Ability to meet daily targets given by Team Leader.
- Good convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a target oriented work approach.
